“I’ve never watched one episode of the show.”
Brooke McClymont was first discovered in 1992, at age eleven, when a family friend heard her sing in front of the mirror and told her mother to enter Brooke into the Jacaranda Talent Quest in Grafton.
Fast forward a few years, and Brooke McClymont became one third of the top-selling, award winning Australian country music trio, The McClymonts, with her sisters Mollie and Sam.
The McClymonts have garnered two ARIA Awards, 13 Golden Guitar Awards, a CMA (USA) Award, an APRA Award and four #1 ARIA Country Albums.
The sisters are a dominant female group in Australian Country Music with major success from hits such as Kick It Up, Wrapped Up Good and I’ve Got This.
Brooke is also one half of a duo with her husband Adam Eckersley. They released their debut album in 2018 which charted at #1 on the ARIA Country Album chart. 2022 will see the release of their second album with a national tour to start early 2022.
Brooke has also written songs for Kate DeAraugo and Olivia Newton-John and been a support act for Troy Cassar-Daley and Ronan Keating.
