Steps

Preparing Rice

  • Wash Rice and Soak 20 mins on the day
  • Cook the rice (Takes 35 mins to cook)
  • Mix the rice with Sushi Vinegar when still hot and cool down to body temperature 36 – 38 degrees (5 mins)

Make Nirigi

  • From fish saku cut thin slice to make Nigiri
  • Take rice, make small rice ball and shape it to make Nigiri

Make Vegetable Roll

  • Put Nori on bamboo mat
  • Spread Rice on Nori
  • Put ingredient in the middle of sheet and roll
  • Wrap Roll with Daikon Sheet
  • Cut in 6 pieces evenly and plate up
