- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Place ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until combined.
- Form balls of mixture and place on a greased baking tray. Press down, sprinkle with sugar and salt.
- Place in oven and bake until golden brown on edges, about 9 minutes.
