US Senate Votes On Amendments To Trump’s ‘Big, Beautiful Bill’ | 10 News

US Senators have started voting on changes to President Donald Trump’s mega-bill on tax breaks and sweeping cuts in what he has called the “big, beautiful bill.” Senators began a "vote-a-rama" on the 940-page act on Monday, with Republicans eagerly pushing to pass it. “Republicans need to stay tough and unified during the home stretch, and we are counting on them to get the job done," said White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, suggesting the Trump-backed bill is on the verge of clearing Congress. Leavitt also said Trump was confident the bill would be passed at the White House, ready to be signed by July 4.
