Climbing the corporate ladder for more than 25 years, Richard has built an impressive resume in corporate strategy and investment banking, and now works as a CEO.

Born and raised in Sydney, Richard, 46, is a sharp and experienced leader, and a family man, motivated to inspire his two teenage daughters. Resilient and driven to endure, he’s also a long-distance runner who has competed in ultramarathons.

“This is going to be my toughest challenge. When you're running an ultramarathon, it's just one step after another. When you're running a business, the goal's pretty clear about what you've got to deliver. But out here, this is one of the most complicated strategic and social games that's ever existed.”

“My story has been one about helping other people, being the loyal corporate servant, being the reliable son, being the dependable friend. But that stops now. I'm out here to play a new game. I'm playing it for myself. I'm playing by my own rules, taking my own risks and taking on bigger challenges. That's my redemption.”
