Jay Huxley applied for MasterChef Australia season 1 and made it into the top 50, so this year he's back to prove that he can, and will make it further.

"I'm a car sales manager in Sydney. In my current career, I've worked really hard and I succeeded. I now want to turn that into a cooking based career and become a chef."

His cooking skills were refined and he impressed the judges with a number of dishes, particularly his Rabbit Tasting Plate.
