Peter Vickery was an account manager prior to entering the MasterChef kitchen and had dabbled in acting during his early career. But he had a hunger for something else, so he left his career behind and applied for MasterChef Australia.

His love for food continued to grow as his skills and knowledge developed while on the show. Peter impressed the judges with a number of dishes and made it quite far into the competition.

Peter's most memorable dish was his famous Roast Chicken with Baby Root Vegetables.
